Arboleda on schedule to open in Scottsdale Quarter February 2023
Award-winning interior design by Mark Zeff coming to life over the next few weeks
Scottsdale, Ariz. Dec. 2, 2022—- Arboleda, a new inspired Mediterranean concept from San Francisco Bay Area restaurateurs Björn Kock and brothers Mitchell and Steven Rosenthal, has recently completed several big construction projects and is on track for a scheduled grand opening in the Scottsdale Quarter on February 20, 2023.
“Our entire space is a beautifully designed dining room by top designer Mark Zeff,” says arboleda Owner and Operator Björn Kock. “Every crevice is comfortably elegant and we are counting the days to share its charm with our guests.”
The owners expect to receive the space mid-January. They will then move in all equipment and inventory between the holidays and start on-site training of all staff February 2, 2023. Before opening to the public, the restaurant will host family and friends dinners February 16-18, then a VIP, investor, press opening gala February 22. Arboleda will open to the public on February 20.
The timeline is possible thanks to the successful construction that has been completed and in progress. So far, the entire dining room and patio floor have been ground and sealed. Electrical work and the HVAC are in full swing and on track for completion. Framing of the major areas is in progress. All columns and headers have also been built.
In the meantime, staffing for the restaurant is a top priority, “We are looking for staff who want to take their culinary career to a new level or want to start a career in a rewarding field. The inaugural staff will have the opportunity to create something new and special in Scottsdale,” says Kock.
